Selena’s Revival Tour hair stylist Marissa Marino spoke to InStyle about how she prepares Selena’s hair for Meet and Greet and concerts.

Meet and Greet

Selena’s hair is smoothed out, because any curls added in the few hours before the show, are not going to hold. See what Selena’s hair looks like before the show in my Louisville Meet and Greet post.

Just before the concert, Marissa sprays Selena’s hair with Pantene Style Series Airspray $4.99 , before adding tight curls with large tongs, setting it, and backcombing each section. Marissa twists the hair in opposite directions for alternating sections whilst curling. The hair is then sprayed again with Airspray, and Melissa uses half a bottle each show, spraying throughout.

In Between Shows

Selena washes her hair every two or three days with Pantene Expert Intense Hydration Shampoo $4.99 and Conditioner $4.99. At night she puts her hair up in a bun with some oil such as Pantene Repair & Protect Overnight Miracle Serum $5.89.
